Payments
You can pay online by using the following credit or debit cards: Mastercard, Visa, Visa electron, Solo, Maestro or Amex, or by using PayPal (no PayPal account is required). Your credit card details will be stored on a secure server and all transactions are encrypted.
We also accept cheques made payable to "Cusp (York) Ltd.". If paying by cheque your goods will not be despatched until funds have cleared.
We also accept telephone orders during shop hours.
Delivery
All prices include delivery to any destination within the UK. We will endeavour to despatch goods within 24 hours unless otherwise noted. Please contact us to arrange overseas delivery.
We will send you an email to confirm the despatch of your order.
Returns
If you are in any way dissatisfied with your purchase, you can obtain a refund provided you can return the product within 14 day in an 'as new' condition. Postage must be covered by sender. Your statutory rights are unaffected. We regret that we cannot accept returns on personalised goods unless faulty. Please contact us before returning any item.
